Key points

  • Read our step-by-step guide and watch our video tutorial here.
  • Following the completion of all the face-to-face elements of the course, the practical information can be uploaded by either Administrators or the allocated Driver Assessor.

Once you have accessed the LMS, you need to click File Practical Info. Only learners who have passed their theory assessment will appear in this list.

When you click File Practical Info for the Learner you are updating, a form will pop up. You only need to indicate ‘Pass’ or ‘Fail’ and provide a short description of any relevant information. There is also the option to upload evidence if you would like to keep a record of the learner’s assessment results for when they come to refresh their certificate.

As soon as you have completed the form and clicked save, the learner will be notified and if they’ve been successful, will be able to access their certificate. If you have internal processes which mean that you need to delay this, you should not submit the practical information until you are ready to release the certificate. If the delay between completing the practical and uploading the results is longer than 10 working days, you will need indicate the reason why in the feedback box.

Once the practical information has been filed, the learner will be emailed notifying them that their results have been uploaded. They will then be able to login to complete their evaluation and download their certificate.

The learner will be able to continue accessing their account for the duration of their certificate.
